Pros: checked in quickly, bed linen is white, room is cleaned every day, towels are updated, reception is friendly, breakfast is good, but monotonous, the view from the bar is gorgeous.
Cons: when booking a room, they didn’t specify which room we wanted and the room got 3x4, when trying to change, they refused even for an extra charge. There was an extraneous sound in the room, it took 2 days to figure out what the sound was, they found it, they said they would fix it, 2 days passed, the situation has not changed. They don’t want to relocate us anywhere, in the room there is the sound of a transformer box, options 2 - either turn off the power to the entire room, or endure the sound. Twisted on a new wire, for a day the sound disappeared and reappeared. The elevator didn't work for 2 days. The hotel positions itself with its own beach and a transfer to it. There is no beach, no transfer, go to any beach, pay money there, etc.
The description of the hotel does not indicate that alcohol cannot be brought into the room, including from duty free. A big surprise awaits you in the form of a search of the room for alcohol from the duty free and the subsequent unpleasant conversation with the receptionist.
