The hotel does not have its own beach, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to a normal beach... The reception desk does not work (it was always closed). The only way to contact the staff was via viber. Towels were changed every three days (and this is in the Covid era! ). Most of all, I was disappointed that there was construction going on in front of the apartments (on the site of the former beach), the view is not pleasant.

The apartments themselves are not bad, they have everything.
