I'll start with the fact that last year we stayed at the hotel "Monaco", which is located nearby, of the same price category, so when I write a review, I will compare how it was and what we got this year. Why did they change the hotel - because, in Monaco, there are 2-3 people, and 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children - teenagers), and neither we nor the children were comfortable migrating between the two rooms!
Why did you choose Ulvara - because last year we had lunch at the restaurant of this hotel, which occupies the first floor and we liked the location, the restaurant itself, and the rest of the time we did not pay attention, and very, very sorry! ! ! ! ! ! !
Pros: instant accommodation, nice room, clean, daily cleaning (actually, if it's a hotel for work and not for leisure, then nothing more is needed)
Cons: the hotel has no territory at all! ! ! ! ! ! !

That is, if you just wanted to sit outside in the evening, you need to look for a place (our balcony, like some others went to the inner well (otherwise known as), where there were hoods from the restaurant and it is clear that the smell of kitchen and hot air opportunities to sit on the balcony, and look at the windows and walls of neighbors - also not interesting)
the next minus is the restaurant itself! ! ! ! ! ! ! Breakfast is standard, not many people, everything is ok (We paid for breakfast and dinner on the tour), lunch when we come and order and pay cash, also all is well; but the dinner, which was paid for in the tour - it was nerves every day, so the conclusion is to take only breakfast and buy dinner in the city! ! ! ! ! ! ! We waited for a long time for the waiter (although they tried to serve quickly, but first they went to the tables where people come and pay, and then to us, where dinner is included in the tour price !! !
Again, I will compare dinner in Monaco and Ulvar - we were very sorry for Monaco in addition!
the third minus - the beach! ! ! ! ! ! ! It was a surprise for us when on the 3rd day of our vacation a man approached us and said that there are not enough sunbeds, so one room 2 sunbeds, after my trip to the hotel reception and the question: why only 2 sunbeds if in our room 4 beds, in the evening we were no longer poured beer, wine, only water! ! ! ! !
it turned out that the owner of the hotel did not like my question!
Another downside - we were in a period when the hotel was crowded, and the resort town as well, so the last 3 days of our stay in the evening the lights were turned off for 5-10 minutes, then quickly turned on, but the air conditioner was 3 hours off (in the room suffocation, on the street 40), went out and walked along the coast!
Of course, the choice is up to each of us, but for myself I will definitely say Ulvari - no!
We took a taxi, traveled a lot (Tirana, Kroyuya Dures, Shkoder).
To sum up: this is a great place to have lunch or dinner, but no more!
