A travel agency where after a holiday you come back gray-haired

We chose the travel agency "Young tour" because we saw on their website information about an excellent and not very expensive vacation in four-star complexes near Bukovel, where there will definitely be "cozy superior rooms, WITH ROOM BENEFITS." They lied. From the first to the last word. We were immediately settled into a small room in which the door did not even close. In the middle of the room stood an old folding sofa, obviously battered by life. This is where all the comfort, in fact, ended. Notice that I don’t even stutter about some kind of closet, our things were still in the suitcase, only dreaming about our departure. Instead of a window, there was a blank wall, and in the corridor there was a shower and a toilet for 10 people. For two days, from December 30th until the evening of December 31st, we spent constant calls to our escorts and travel agencies, who unanimously ignored us as best they could. There was no question of any rest, we were angry, upset and oppressed by everything that was happening. On the evening before the New Year, we nevertheless decided to overcome ourselves and went to the celebration, for which we paid 850 hryvnias. The travel agent promises you live music, contests, Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden, barbecue, fruit, a lot of delicious food and drinks. Maybe somewhere it was, but certainly not with us. Better imagine suspiciously outdated smoked fish and jelly. Strange Hutsul songs are quietly playing on the radio, in a small hall there is silence and an oppressive atmosphere of hatred for the Young Tour. The next day it turned out that we were still lucky. Some did not even have enough space in our modest eatery and, having paid 850 hryvnia, they celebrated the New Year wherever they could. The money, of course, was never returned to anyone. Two days later, our hellish vacation came to an end. Vacationers slowly and dejectedly entered the bus, who, as it turned out, did not have hot water in the room for the entire trip, or there was no heating, or they had to pay a lot of money so that other people would not be put into their room.

Everyone who is reading this now, so as not to cry bloody tears later, never contact the Young Tour travel agency. They sell rest after which rest is needed. You can not listen to me and take a chance, fall for some kind of discount or nice words, but then don't say that I didn't warn you.

P.S.: I really crave justice, so if someone also came across such a terrible travel agency and knows what to do in such situations, can sign some kind of petition, contact some authorities, please share your experience with me. Such travel agencies should not spoil people's lives.
