poor work of the office and attendant

10/27/2018, tour "Baltic trio". Thank you for taking everyone safe and sound and organizing excellent guides in Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius. Otherwise, I didn't like the organization of the tour.

Starting with a mistake in the number of the mobile escort, when a bunch of people rushed around the square in the morning in search of a bus and could not get through to her, and she did not have tourist numbers (why were they requested when booking a tour?) Or signs with the name of the tour / tour operator. Ok, the bus arrived 2 hours late - equipment sometimes fails, thanks for finding a replacement despite the day off.

Passengers were not forbidden to walk around the bus while driving, which is contrary to all the rules for the safe transportation of people. At 16:00 of the journey (including two children's groups) there was no provision for half an hour for lunch - people ate on the bus and this infuriated the drivers. The drivers overslept the time of departure from Vilnius and the bus left later - i.e. our free time in Riga was automatically cut off. Then the bus could not pick up the group at the hotel in time, in the morning they could not find out from the attendant how much the fare in public transport costs - "Ask at the reception or the guides" - the standard answer. I believe that if the tour operator considers it appropriate to leave tourists without an escort for two days, then one person from the remaining TravelSim group should be provided to contact the drivers or guide, whom we were also looking for in Tallinn. Well, at least they left a copy of the insurance ...

The company of adult tourists was excellent and organized - they helped each other navigate the terrain and shared travel experiences. The exception is a group of teenagers. Unlucky for those who were settled nearby - a disco in the rooms and running around the hotel until the morning were all nights ....

I will not travel with Voyage Travel again.
