because the meeting was scheduled for August 5. Knowing how ovir works and travel agencies took a ticket with a margin .. I thought they would be in time from August 20 to August 5 !!!
On July 20, no one deigned to call, on July 22 I dialed and found out myself ... to which they answered: that the printing house did not print the forms ... when I remembered the deadlines ... they stuck my nose in one clause of the contract, which describes a similar situation! I dialed somewhere on the number 28 .. then on the 4th of August I called .. when the ticket realized that it had burned out, I asked them what about the penalty .. who wakes me to reimburse my nerves for the money spent .. a disrupted meeting .. which they again ran into with the same nose ! On August 12, in the morning, they were delighted that the passport could be taken away ... to celebrate, he left everything and sped off for his wife ... because. there was no one to leave with them they took with them ... we arrived at the OVIR ... I was shocked by the general queue along with those who paid strictly by checks .. when I dialed the manager in response, I heard that they provide assistance in paperwork, nothing more and that’s all as a result, they stand in a general queue for an hour waiting for their document. when I said that we had an 8-month-old child in our hands, somehow they agreed to phone the ovir! an hour later they called us, I took my passport and forgot to enter the child in my wife's passport ... come next time! although I saw when people came and without queues using the phone calls or some people left after 15 minutes with a passport! The result ... having paid 2550 UAH for 2 passports. I received a passport in 53 days! 55 days. The meeting was disrupted, our nerves were wasted, a certain amount for tickets flew away!
