In principle, the company itself arranged. But, when we arrived in Prague, we were told that we had not two excursions, but one. We also had to wait 2 hours to check into the room (we arrived at 12 at the hotel).
When the turn of the transfer came back, it turned out to be "fun" in general. We went to the reception. Waiting, waiting - no one is there. We went out to look on the street - also no one. Phoned - no one answered. It turns out that the driver parked far away, but he did not want to get out of the car. I didn't like that attitude!
