First of all, I want to thank the travel agency, and personally the manager Valery for a great vacation in Dubai.
Rested with family in December 2013. I liked everything very much. I put 8 only because we are not very sophisticated tourists and do not have much to compare with. (And I must admit we were lucky with the manager, she herself picked up both the tour and the hotel. The other manager tried to pile on us a lot of extra things without really delving into our interests.)
On the firm and the purchase of the tour.
The trip itself came out spontaneously. We wanted for a long time, but we left in 7 days. The wife chose a travel agency for a long time. This is where our planning ended. Everything else was done by Valeria. 14 days before departure, we contacted the manager via Skype. They also sent all the documents. In the office they were only for payment. During non-working hours they met and took all the documents, for which special thanks to Valery.
About the rest
The hotel approached in all respects: ten minutes walk to the beach, a room with a kitchen, a swimming pool, a metro station a five-minute walk, Russian-speaking staff. Order and cleanliness everywhere. Settled without problems immediately upon arrival, did not take a deposit. The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, a safe, a kitchen with utensils, up to pots and pans, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a toaster. assortment of side dishes, sausages, cheeses, yoghurts, delicious pastries, juices, breakfast cereals, local dishes. They only took breakfast. We went to Marina Mall for groceries, a five-minute walk away, they took ready-made food in the supermarket: fried chicken, salads.
In general, I liked everything very much.
Although there were “buts”, they were quite resolvable. Delivery from the airport to the hotel took 3 hours. It’s easier to get a taxi. the city and the main orientations around the city. a bit confused us, which cost money.
The result - next year again there.
