We were EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with the service.
For two reasons:
1. Already after we made an advance payment, we were counted the ENTIRE tour.
2. In connection with the allegedly late departure, we were recommended to pay extra for late check-out - as a result, "late check-out" occurred at 4 pm. At the reception, everyone wondered for a long time why we were leaving a day earlier. We overpaid for the extra day.
Vacation experience ruined. Upon arrival, we received no intelligible answer to our claims, and we did not receive any compensation.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND to contact this company and this manager in particular
