I turned to this tour operator on the recommendation of friends. Tamara Gribulya - our manager - an amazing girl, professional, seasoned, competent, chose a tour with us until late in the evening. We are very grateful to her, we apologize for keeping her late at work. We had a great vacation: flight, transfer, hotel, return trip - super. After the trip, we asked ourselves the question: did we not like something? The answer was unequivocal: even if you try hard, you still won’t find such a thing. →
We were EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with the service. For two reasons: 1. Already after we made an advance payment, we were counted the ENTIRE tour. 2. In connection with the allegedly late departure, we were recommended to pay extra for late check-out - as a result, "late check-out" occurred at 4 pm. At the reception, everyone wondered for a long time why we were leaving a day earlier. → |
