I ordered a Schengen visa through Valia-Tour, Marina Shaposhnik, the director of the company, if it can be called that, accepted the payment for the visa and stupidly threw it - it takes one small amount of money to pay the company’s account, and transfer the second part to the account of some person of its employee. They didn’t make a visa - then when you come for a refund, you see only the amount that you pay the minimum under the company’s receipt, and she didn’t take the rest of the money! Divorce, fraud - not only is there no visa - there is also no money! Where are the law enforcement agencies looking, how do such firms still work???? HOW??? just a bastard, not people!
