The trip to the Netherlands was "drawn" by chance after surfing the Internet in search of a suitable (in my opinion) bus tour - it bribed the opportunity to see the sea of tulips and take part in the Queen's Day celebration. It was not possible to contact the stupid operator (?!), but the travel agency UKRAINIAN TOUR, represented by the dearest Anna, kindly agreed to help realize the plan. Very politely and patiently everything was told, clarified, collected, formalized, decided and - decided. Anechka did and did everything possible and impossible for the trip to take place - thanks for the kind and professional participation. We must pay tribute to the tour operator - the organization of the tour is of sufficient quality, comfort was provided both in transfer, and in accommodation, and in organizing excursions, which, thanks to the loyalty of Tatiana, accompanying us on the trip, "redrawn" in time at the request of tourists. As a result - a maximum of information, impressions and pleasure. Tanechka, the favorite of the whole group, a smart girl (on the way she told us so many interesting things about each city and country outside the bus window), an excellent psychologist (not a single conflict during the whole trip), a pro in organization and communications, a kind, bright and infinitely responsible person. Only thanks to Tanya, her tireless enthusiasm, we got to the coronation of Prince Willem-Alexander and became participants in a truly historic event. It is impossible not to say about our excellent drivers Roman and Yaroslav - respect. Thanks to everyone, this time the Kyiv-Lviv team worked well.
For the future, there are two requests to the tour operator:
1) trust travel agents with complete and reliable information, they use it solely for your benefit;
2) warn tourists about the low-quality group insurance you have chosen (ridiculous 50 USD per person is not enough even for brilliant green), so that each of them can take care of themselves if they wish - middle-aged, to put it mildly, people who travel far and for a long time should be sure that, if necessary, they will be provided with high-quality medical care. Thank God it worked out this time.
