We wanted to go to Prague with my wife, we chose this travel agency based on reviews and were not mistaken.
The manager Irina told us everything in detail what documents we need to collect, advised me by phone, worried about the fate of our visas, in general, did everything to ensure that we had a successful trip.
Regarding the trip itself, everything is fine too: flight, transfer, hotel. All without a hitch, everything is fine.
