Excellent quality tour. But we had flight delays both there (about an hour) and back (it's already about 3 or 4 hours there). We did not like the tour operator Anex tour. At the appointed time at 10 am to meet with the guide, we came, waited until half 11 and the guide did not appear. We didn't go back and no one was looking for us. Regarding check-out from the hotel, we saw that the check-out from the hotel to the airport was at 6 pm. We arrived at this time, we are sitting waiting, there is no one anywhere. And let's find out why they don't pick us up, at the reception the staff just shrugged, because they could not contact the operator's representative. I contacted a girl from Kyiv, and she said that our flight was postponed and maybe they would pick us up later. And only after that we found out that the flight was postponed and we were picked up at 8 pm. But the guide did not warn and we did not see him in the eye.
