Review of the travel agency ANEX AGENCY

We selected the tour ourselves on the site, I can’t say anything about the agency, since we came to them and said that we want this particular tour, for these dates, we just bought it from them and that’s it. I had questions later, I found information and a video on the Internet that terminal F at the airport in Kyiv is empty, there is no cafe or Duty Free, I asked this question at the agency (who else should I ask it?), on that they answered me that everything is there, it cannot be that it is empty. When we got there, there was nothing there, and the agency did not know about it at all. They prepared a package of documents for us, everything was in order with the documents, this was the end of all their work, I can’t say anything more good.

Also, not very positive reviews about the guide ... On the way back, we were rescheduled for the flight, the guide had to inform us about this, but this paper with the schedule did not reach us, at the meeting he told us that you can call him, but we call him like this and they couldn’t, but they themselves searched the Internet for information about when our flight was. We were able to contact him only at night, he said not to worry, the bus would come. He could either independently report information about transfers, or be available by phone, as a guide, in this regard, he is a minus.
