Missed trip

Services of the travel agency Turizm. ua for passenger transportation in Ukraine is simply disgusting. In the first days of July 2013 (10 days before the date of departure) they called the office and booked seats for five people for a trip to Alupka. They called in advance to book seats in the middle of the cabin, and, if possible, sit next to each other, and not scattered all over the minibus. We agreed with the dispatcher and called several times before the trip and reminded of ourselves. The fare was also negotiated more than once and it was 180 hryvnia. On the day of departure, upon arrival of the minibus on which we were supposed to go (Mercedes Sprinter with the number 9444, gray, with neon green illumination, and an inadequate driver), we started having problems with places. When we got into the minibus, we sat down on those that were agreed with the dispatcher, the driver told us that these seats would be occupied by other passengers and we should release them. To our objection, the driver said: “Either you change to the rear seats, or we don’t go anywhere. “I went out to talk to someone on the phone, went in and said in a raised voice: “Either you transfer to the places that I tell you, or pay 230 hryvnias for these places. "Since we refused to pay extra, we were simply kicked out of the minibus and put our things on the street. We ask the managers of this travel agency not to ignore us, but to somehow influence the lawlessness that your employees are doing. By lawlessness, we mean an increase in fares and boorish attitude towards the people thanks to whom you earn money.
