The service from the agency was good. But the Join up tour operator is a different story, I didn’t like this company at all. Our departure time was at 00:10, since we are from Nikolaev, we had to buy in advance tickets to get from Nikolaev to Kyiv, the whole day is in Kyiv, in order to fly out in the evening. In the end, we are told that we are flying the very next day, and not at 00:10, but at 12:40. →
Service at the agency was normal, but there was a transfer of the flight for a day, "thanks" to the Join up company. →
We contacted the Join up travel agency, they picked up a tour for us, taking into account our wishes. There were no problems with flights. Everything was on time. We were provided with a transfer, everything was fine. →
The tour was bought in Join up, I can say that Join up is Egyptian, much better than Ukrainian. But, in principle, we expected the worst, it turned out even better. Everything was pretty normal, however, the flight from Odessa was delayed a little, for 6 hours. On Saturday there was a departure, they warned about the flight delay on Friday evening. Before the flight, we read reviews about Join up, so we were even surprised that everything went well, got off with a slight fright) The transfer, of course, was not very convenient, let's say so. →
