He talked to Lilia Yevtushenko from the Kharkiv office. She administers a group of "hot" tours on Facebook, where we had a discussion in which she behaved very unprofessionally. Now she has deleted all the comments along with the post, and I, unfortunately, did not even make a print screen. in a nutshell

I left a comment that people should not be forbidden to comment on posts. Lily, apparently, had a bad day. She started insulting me, wrote that I was hysterical and (literally) "spread my poison to prices and hotels."

When I asked her to show me where I was criticizing or insulting someone or apologizing to me, she replied (again, rudely) not to tell her what to do. I DELICATELY tried again to explain that she was insulting me, and I can't understand why she asked me again (that's right, apologize, please) for the baseless insults. But in response, Lilia wrote that I should see a psychiatrist to solve my problems.

After that, she deleted all comments and blocked me.

I emphasize that I understood that I was communicating with the administrator of the group, and I did not want to be blocked in the group, so I communicated very correctly. That's why I was so upset by the rudeness of the company's representative.
