We flew from Kharkov on February 3, 2019 with my family to Milan, or rather we had to fly. There has been a terrible fog in Kharkov for several days, our plane, like everyone else, simply did not arrive that day, and, accordingly, all flights were canceled. There were people who could not fly for several days!!! It is simply impossible to describe what was happening at the airport that day: hundreds of people who did not fly away and, naturally, irritated and upset, people are trying to do something and fix something, ..., huge queues, and several absolutely “amoebo-like” airline employees, taught not to react to anything! We were saved by the guys from La Dolce Vita! Anton found us an alternative flight option that day and insisted that we go to Kyiv (if we had not listened to him, we would not have left the next day !!!), Marianna contacted the hotel and arranged a late transfer ... (and all this despite the fact that it was Sunday and, as we found out later, it was her birthday that day). As a result, we are absolutely “dead”, but absolutely happy, we were at the hotel at night, and in the morning, as it was originally planned, we went skiing!!!
