Our tour operator was CORAL TRAVEL. We bought the tour for a month, a girl from the agency called us several times and said that everything was fine, the hotel was confirmed to us and there were no changes. And in 5 days she called and said that we were not going to Side, but going to Alanya. I didn't want to go to Alanya, this is the cheapest resort, I wanted to go to Side. I got on my nerves well, we spent half a day at the agency, after which the tour operator confirmed the hotel in Side for us. I am very dissatisfied with this whole situation, although I have flown with this agency before and everything was fine. Due to the fact that they offered me a cheap resort and frayed my nerves, I put 1 out of 10. If you evaluate the previous trip, I would probably put 9, but not now.
