There was no service at all in the agency, I called them. I asked what kind of hotel it was, they answered me that the hotel was normal, in principle, although the manager herself was not there, I transferred money to them on the card. I arrived in the evening, took the documents, I just stood at the door in line, I didn’t communicate with the manager, they didn’t tell me anything, didn’t ask anything, they handed over the documents and that’s it. When I was at the hotel, I started calling them and telling them about the serious things that happened at the hotel, about the fact that they didn’t feed, they raised their hand, and not only at me, that there was complete rudeness, they didn’t give water. I asked them to contact the guides, but they just didn't answer. When I started writing to them again and asking why they were not answering, I received an answer that my agent was on vacation. Those. there was no help, no feedback from them. Our tour operator was JOIN UP, everything was fine with the transfer to the hotel and the flight.
