There were no delays, no transfers, there were no problems with the transfer, there were problems with the guide, he is local, he treated everyone as if he were the King and God, and we were nobody, everyone wanted to complain about him, just a boor, he was a representative of ANEX TOUR. They took an excursion from him, didn’t say when the departure time was, this is nonsense, I called Kyiv to calculate the guide, so that he could at least say time or leave the tickets at the reception, he just left and that’s it.
