We were always answered in Viber and by phone. They told everything about the tour and about the trip itself. Everything was clear enough. We had a flight delay, but we were told about it in advance, we did not have to wait long. And it was the same on the way back. Excursions were offered to us, but only one was used, that was enough for us.
