Review of the TUI travel agency on MAYDAN (CENTER) WITHOUT DAYS OFF

Initially, I contacted an agency in Kyiv and asked the manager if the hotel I had chosen was good, they told me that we would like it. We bought the tour at the TEZ TOUR agency, which is located in the Globus shopping center on Independence Square in Kyiv, but they initially bought this tour from ANEX TOUR. I wrote to the girl at the agency already from the hotel, that there were cockroaches, it was impossible to sleep, to which she answered me, "sorry, today is December 31, wait 2 days or call the representative of the tour operator in Egypt." We phoned this representative, the man hung up, got nervous and said that no one would relocate us, and if we go to change the hotel, we have to pay 600 dollars, to which I replied: "Sorry, but we already paid 800 dollars for this hotel , now to pay extra 600, this is too much ..". So, the agency did absolutely nothing to help us, I can rate their work at 2 out of 10.
