I chose a tour in advance, just then I came to the agency, paid and that's it. I can evaluate their work positively, at 9 out of 10. I specifically chose a flight with SKY UP, as there are new planes. True, on the way there, the flight was postponed for an hour. On the way back, I expected that the flight would be in the evening, but it was in the morning, i.e. lost a day, but flew to Kyiv earlier.
