In general, the travel agency is not bad. We are very pleased with the girl who served us in terms of providing a tour and choosing a hotel, she picked a good hotel. As always, the guide at the hotel was terrible, he gave him 1 or even 0. I went with friends, he fraudulently wanted to drag them into the shops that are on excursions, saying that there are good souvenirs there. And I know that there is nothing special there. And after I approached the guide and said that we were not going anywhere, he informed us that we had a fine that we had to pay. This is very funny.
Our flight was delayed for about 3 hours when we flew on vacation, but this is normal, at least not for more time and at least not canceled at all.
This is not the first time I have applied to TUI and I am always quite satisfied with them, except for the guides.
