The service at the agency was just super excellent. The girls generally do a great job, I was very pleased. They told us everything so wonderfully, and rang, and told again and rang. Everything was done well and quickly. We found what we need. We took off at the end of the day on the first of January, at night. And the girls were in touch with us all day, called. A festive day, but they still checked how we are and what we are. I've never seen this before in agencies, it was very touching. Tickets were sent to us in advance, the hotel room we liked was reserved. We were also offered excursions and we decided to take a boat trip. I want to note that we were offered a better tour than we usually went, and even offered with additional options. This has never happened before. I was just very pleased, everyone was delighted. I recommend to everyone!
