Everything was good in the agency when we contacted them for the design of our tour. They helped with everything and gave advice. Our operator was Tez Tour. Flights were also good and on time. →

We bought at TUI, but the tour operator was Anextour. Our flight was delayed by 7 hours. We were warned that the flight could be delayed for three hours, then people blocked the boarding for one flight, we barely flew away. They said that there is something with the plane, but no one really knows what it is. →

This is not the first time we work with them, they warned us about this, but we initially paid them for 7 nights. The girls did a wonderful job. We bought a tour for two, we got a good price in this agency at Royal Lagoons Aqua Park Resort 5 * and off we went. There were no problems on the Ukrainian side. We did not like how the hotel guide worked and that's it. →
