I understand that the season and all that, but people need to be treated like human beings. I practically begged myself for this trip and was very upset. I believe that the girl was at least new in the agency, she could not answer elementary questions, whether it would be, or it would not be, either then, or then. I had to contact another agency to get answers to my questions. The chord tour has the opportunity to order a meal, charge the phone and other services, who told me about this? I was told that I should be there 2 hours before the trip, if they told me that I would find all this at the terminal, I would not have to take such an early ticket, and even much more expensive, and then it turned out that on Terminal buses run every three hours. If I had this information, I would not have to run back and forth for tickets and change them.
