As a result: lost money, time, nerves and a spoiled vacation, which was eagerly awaited for 1.5 years. I agree in advance with all the comments that they themselves are suckers, but no one is allowed to deceive people like that.

But everything is in order: the idea arose (I admit now, stupid) to go to Italy without bothering to get an Italian visa, which requires a fairly large and complex package of documents and impossible for me at that time, but to get a Polish visa and from Poland to wave to Italy the benefit of wizzair is very favorable with its prices. On the Internet, they found an advertisement for a company that advertises visa processing services. Now I want to pay attention: we are in Sevastopol!!! They are in Kyiv!!!!

After talking with the manager Yulia, a nice girl, we understand that everything suits us. 50 euros now, 200 euros upon obtaining a visa, a visa, according to her, is not a problem to obtain, a week, a maximum of two. OK, we send the documents in advance on May 11, we are planning a trip for July 15 !!!! Julia assures that we will get the visa on time and without any problems, we are happy, preparations are starting, namely, we are ordering tickets Kyiv-Katowice-Bologna and back. Katowice in this case is obligatory so that there are no problems with the border guards, it seems like we are going to have a rest in Poland. Naturally, wizzair tickets are non-refundable. We also book a hotel, a hotel, if you cancel for a day, they don’t charge money. Ok, 2 weeks pass, we call, confident that the visas have already been received. And here comes Santa Barbara. It turns out that they wanted to serve our docks to Lutsk in the region, but now they decided to serve in Kyiv. Surprised, well, okay, when there are docks - they will be in early June.

Okay, we are waiting for the beginning of June, no one calls, we call, we are interested. No, you know, the consul has changed in Kyiv, blah blah blah, we will apply to Lutsk, but don’t worry, we have everything in Lutsk. Ok, after another 1.5 weeks, we call (pay attention, I always call), you know, your docks in Lutsk were not taken, we send them to Kyiv. If before that there were some fears, now they are already intensifying, we offer our help: there is access to the Polish consul. No, no, we have super support, nothing is needed, blah blah blah. Then it turns out that we will not apply to Kyiv, we will apply to Odessa, because. there is a 100% option. Maybe you need help from our side?? No, no, in Odessa everything is already exactly right. Another week passes before the exact date is announced. As a result, the date of departure from the embassy of our docks is July 13 !!!! How is July 13??? What are you??? It's been 2 months already?? Well, there is still time until July 15th.

Realizing that if we take the docks now, and we look for another agency or do it ourselves, we will definitely not have time. And already the tickets, the hotel is booked, plus issues with work are being resolved. Due to the fact that we reached the last, there are no more air tickets to Kyiv at reasonable prices, and from the railway there is only a side seat near the toilet (classic !!), but there is nothing to do. We buy a train, explain to Yulia that we are leaving Sevastopol on the 14th, she promises with an oath that from Odessa on the 13th they will immediately transfer the docks to Sevastopol, i.e. in theory, on the 14th in the morning we receive them and calmly go to Kyiv. Let's say there's still a chance. Anxiety is no longer just growing, but you begin to believe less and less in the chances of travel. Julia says that they will try to make the date on the 12th. Ok, we call a few days before the 12th, maybe they will still give a visa on the 12th. And here the most interesting: and your documents in Lutsk!!!!!!!!!! Class!!!! How will you transfer the docks to Sevastopol ????

Do not worry, blah blah blah, I myself will personally bring them to the station or airport. So what to do???!!!! OK, on ​​the 13th, we call in the morning, no, the next exit from the embassy is at 16.00. After 16.00 there is also no, the person will take them out after the working day at 18.00-19.00, I will call you. At 20.20 I call myself - the visa will be tomorrow !!!!!!!!! What????!!! Here I have already said everything that I thought about this. As a human being, I say, have a conscience, to leave tomorrow, the last thing I would like to be somewhere on the Sevastopol-Kyiv train halfway and find out that bye-bye visa, you know, you can’t go back to the Crimea in mid-July. Ok, on the 14th in the morning Yulia calls (hooray!!!) - they gave her a visa, thank God, we agree that in the morning she will bring the docks to the station. We sit in a beautiful reserved seat car (my favorite ((((On the road, I call up the headmistress, I try to get a discount, which is 200 euros, after all the hemorrhoids.

But Anna Vladimirovna tells another story, how she personally visited almost all the stations in Ukraine personally and did everything possible and not possible to finish what she started. Okay, the prospect of a 2-week vacation in Italy is already relaxed, ok, 200 so 200.

Ok, we come to the office, the girls are lower than grass, quieter than water, of course, no one is going to return the money. Fairy Anna is coming, am I? Guilty? Yes, what are you? I passed by and, finally, I don’t know anything, and I’m not me ?? Up to this point (and to this day, by the way), no one has apologized. We fight a little, but not as much as it should, of course, but after a sleepless night in a reserved seat, the forces are not the same. Okay, I say, send our passports away, damn you are holding them illegally. In my presence, they call Lutsk, immediately hand over the passports to Kyiv, they will be in 5 hours (all this is July 15, today it’s already 20, I still don’t have a passport). Ok, then they say that the docks cannot be taken out of the embassy, ​​then she directly pressed the button with her finger, and they are already going by taxi to the bus station.

In her explanations, Anna Vladimirovna gets confused, in my presence she calls the peasant who does all this in Lutsk, I talk to him, I don’t speak Ukrainian very well, but don’t worry, on Mondays, the second is able to understand the maximum. Thank you, bye, waiting for the documents!
