I do not recommend! Terrible organization!

I want to leave a review so that no one else spoils the holiday, because they did it to us! When we went to Bulgaria, from the very beginning, everything went wrong. . . Our seats, somehow not found in the bus, and it's 33-34 seats)))) And no one could understand how. We were put in more vacancies and the guide went to count the seats in the bus again)) nothing came of it, and I began to panic, because my husband was sitting in the back seats, and I was sitting in a place that in Chernivtsi had to release, because there we waiting for another passenger))))) The guide for some reason did not understand my concern and my desire to sit on chairs with folding backs next to her husband, reacted very strangely, I quote her: "Yes, you cry, for 24 hours without a husband yet no one died and if you have problems with the spine, then sit in my place, and I'm sitting on the steps ")))) True, and blows professionalism!))) About an hour after this torment, we were transplanted, although not ours hold on!

And if I could know that a trip from Bulgaria with this tour operator would be even scarier! Promised notifications on Viber about the transfer from the hotel and did not receive. They called themselves. We were taken by transfer to the passenger seat, a horrible stop, where we stood for another hour, because the bus was late and the guide did not say anything. Tickets from Bulgaria we had a note of comfort (for each ticket we paid 5 euros, in addition we were given a blanket and a pillow). But the pillows could not be found immediately, the guide said that they changed the bus and she does not know where the pillows are. Seat "comfort" as it turned out with a reclining back, and so on a number of people. sitting by the window! In the evening, I don't know what it was, but the hot air that blew through my legs just kept me from falling asleep. The guide is silent, she hardly announced any stops, she just ran out of the bus first.

)))) From people's conversations it was clear that this is just a terrible organization of travel. I do not recommend this tour operator to anyone! No information, incorrectly arranged transfer (people from our flight were dropped off at the wrong stop), drivers all the way in Bulgarian, can't sleep, unprofessional guides, terrible buses. All the impressions from the holiday were spoiled (If you value your nerves and health, you better refrain from interacting with this operator!)))
