Disrespectful attitude towards customers

Hello! I bought a ticket to Egypt from the Tour Allure travel agency, to Sharm El Sheikh at the Continental Hotel. I flew abroad with my husband for the first time, they were afraid, of course. By the way, they made me a passport in the same place in the travel agency, they waited very quickly for less than a month.

Well, of course, we pestered the managers)), from the bottom of our hearts)) were nervous ourselves and they were constantly called on every issue))) Despite this, they always communicated with us in a friendly tone, no one was rude, they explained everything to the smallest detail. For the sake of interest, we turned to another agency in the hope of a bigger discount, but soon we were convinced that everyone there didn’t give a damn about us. The managers are frostbitten, we waited two weeks until they call us back and tell us the price.

In general, everything is fine, my husband and I are very satisfied with the hotel. The director of the agency is a very experienced professional woman, she herself was on tours from the operator and went with inspections to some hotels in Turkey, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates - she saw everything with her own eyes. So I would not advise bad hotels to sell something. Contact them - you will not regret))
