We contacted the TIS TOUR agency, everything was fine in terms of service, but I will not contact them again. It was important for me that the flights were the ones we chose, since we were with a small child, so we paid about $ 20 extra for choosing a departure time that was convenient for us. In fact, the flights were completely at the wrong time, in addition, we had to fly from Zhulyan, it was convenient for us, because we live nearby, there was a car with warm clothes, and as a result flew to Boryspil. The child did not sleep all night, we had to call in Zhuliany, get home 2 hours longer, which we really did not like.
