Some time ago I returned from magical Sri Lanka.

Mmmm .. The aftertaste of the trip is incredible .. Even now, remembering, I break into a smile ..

But the story is not about that, the story is that the rest could not be so wonderful without its appropriate organization, and this is the merit of the guys from TimeToGo!

Frankly, I used to work exclusively with large travel operators (agencies), I thought that it was more reliable this way. As a result, I came across some kind of bureaucratic machine that doesn’t really listen to your needs / wishes .. Of course, they provide the service, but there is no Wow effect at all :( Moreover, the “sediment” is not the most pleasant remains.

As for the guys from TimeToGo, this is some kind of magic!

I organized a trip with the direct participation of Evgeny (he, by the way, as it turned out, is the head of the company). Organized this is probably loudly said, because for me this word means some kind of "process" when you need to consider 100,500 accommodation options, re-read millions of reviews, etc ..

Here Eugene immediately, no, no, in a different way, IMMEDIATELY tested the ground and offered what I needed! Anticipated all my questions, answers, told/showed everything.

What would you understand, I had the entire set of documents for the trip "at the post office" already three hours after the first call to the coveted number.

I don’t know about you, dear tourists, but for me, efficiency, flexibility and such a mega-individual approach are a sign of professionalism! Here you really feel like a valuable and dear Client, the feeling that you are being SERVED (with the orgonomic letter O). Somehow you go on a trip with a different mood!

What else pleasantly surprised me in the work of the guys from TimeToGo, they are always in touch! Even when I was already on vacation, I could clarify some questions online on the topic “where to go”, “where to go”, “what delicious to taste”. I have already thanked the guys, but once again, taking this opportunity, I express my gratitude to the TimeToGo team for their patience, condescension and attention to their Clients.
