We liked the whole process of conducting our trip by the company. Manager Ksenia answered all our questions online.

We ourselves chose the hotel we wanted to go to, but for the declared price we were not satisfied with the tour. After a short time, the manager contacted us and said that there would be a discount, and we could ride at the price we expected. We were very happy.

From the conveniences: you do not need to bring documents to the office, it is located in the center. Before departure, the contract, voucher, dropped by mail, for self-printing.

Of the minuses: we were told to tour. firm that Turkey switched completely to the euro. This is absolutely not true. We took additional services at the hotel, bought excursions outside the territory and everyone willingly named prices in dollars. At the hotel, the staff even equated the dollar to the euro, although we all know that this is not the case. Initially, we had dollars, for which we had to buy euros, so that in the end in Turkey, everywhere we could pay in dollars. In this regard, we are upset.

I would also like to be informed in advance about the delay of flights. I understand that the company itself may not be notified in advance of this.
