illiteracy of registration of tourists

All documents from me were provided for registration of the tour. I think that when making a ticket, managers are obliged to check all the documents of departing tourists and suggest what needs to be issued for traveling abroad and what is missing. Having paid the money for the ticket, I arrived at the airport with the child and they checked my documents for issuing boarding passes and refused us. It turns out that last year the customs clearance for single mothers changed. While filling out the documents in the company "Tez Tour" no one bothered to notify me of this. I approached the representative of the company at the airport, he practically did not even want to talk to me, he replied that these were your problems. The mood for the trip was very spoiled. Thanks to my tour representative, who on the same day bought me tickets to Turkey from the Anex Tour company. And the company "Tez tour" did not even bother to help us fly to Turkey. And the girl paid her money for our tickets and for our transfer to the hotel. And this airline "Wind Rose" is just awful. How can such an airline transport people on vacation, if at once the whole mood is in the dark. These scary planes are only suitable for transporting animals! I will never recommend this terrible company to anyone and I myself will use other companies.
