Why do you need guides in the hotel????-only for the sale of excursions???

We are a family at the Nirvana Hotel in Turkey ... Upon arrival, we bought an excursion from Tez tour to climb Mount Tahtali, 2 days before the excursion we saw according to the weather forecast that lingering rain was being transmitted on October 7-8. We approached our guide at the Turhan hotel and asked to reschedule our tour for a couple of days, since the forecast is not favorable, and we have a 5-year-old child, and even sick (ARVI was still picked up), to which the guide replied that he could not help, but if it rains, something will come up. As a result, the tour was not canceled, we went up the mountain in complete fog and descended from it in complete fog!!!!!! We paid $120 for this. For what???? Are the guides in the hotel only there for whipping tours??? Really it was impossible to postpone this excursion, so that we would enjoy it, and not just the agency would work???? We are very dissatisfied with Tec tour, although we have been traveling with this agency for many years, but now we don’t want to continue cooperation at all, because you earn money from them over the comfort of tourists. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!
