I read reviews about the Aura Resort Hotel 4 * on more than one site. Who had a bad rest, who had a good rest. I'll tell you about myself... After all, I've already been there and I want to share my impressions and observations. My name is Yana. I stayed at this hotel with my mother and my 5 year old daughter. A few days have passed since we returned from there. Initially, before the trip, we asked the representative of the TEZ TOUR company to select a tour according to our requirements. The requirements were:
1 - The location of the hotel on the first line (since with a child there is no desire to walk far in the terrible heat or go to the sea);
2 - Normal beach, safe entrance to the sea;
3 - Hotel of good condition (We used to be in 5 * and 5 * +, so we were afraid of the experiment. But we wanted the child to spend more days by the sea, and not a week at a beautiful hotel just for this money. I'm not picky, I decided to take a chance, but order was necessary);
4 - Children's animation;
5 - Internet. Necessarily wifi to be present at the hotel (I have such a job, even on vacation I need a connection);
6 - Bath or sauna (daughter often gets sick, I wanted to warm the child with eucalyptus before going to bed);
7 - Food is edible (I understood that Turkish food is clearly different from Ukrainian food, but I definitely didn’t want to go where it’s not realistic to eat. Again, with a child, you won’t just do what to run around in search of food or something else Rest should be rest).
These are the requests we had for TEZ TOUR. And according to these parameters, the Aura Resort Hotel 4 * was chosen for us. This site says 3 *, but it's not. Yet 4 * is indicated in the hotel.
From the promised TEZ TOUR upon arrival:
1 - The location of the hotel was not on the first line !!!!! Yes, cross the road and take a little walk and we are there. BUT! Dear TEZ TOUR! They asked you for something else! And you gave the location of the hotel for the first line, and not for the second, as it was in reality !!!
2 - Beach and entrance to the sea. Yes, there were nuances. Not everyone sometimes had enough sunbeds or some were broken. But - the entrance to the sea was not bad at all. The child entered barefoot on small round pebbles and everything was fine. Slippers are not needed to enter!!! The water is warm and clear! Our daughter is happy, so we are happy. And the fact that someone brazenly took a lot of sun loungers and did not come is the impudence of vacationers. As well as broken sun loungers - I don’t understand why they destroy everything around and litter ... People spoiled their vacation with this.
3 - Hotel - we were satisfied. Clean and comfortable. Both inside and outside. The change of towels in the room was on time. And if (as in any hotel it is supposed to) leave a tip to the maid, then beautiful swans from towels with flowers will decorate your room. Near the hotel there is a nice swimming pool with water slides (adults and children were happy and spent time there with great joy). There was also a small pool for kids. The pools were cleaned every evening. The sun loungers on the territory were all intact, there were mattresses, umbrellas and plastic tables too. There was also a playground on the territory with many children's swings, slides, houses, toys ... Our girl most of all fell in love with the children's toy kitchen and a hammock. ))
4 - Children's animation. There is something to say here!!! We are absolutely delighted with the animator!!! Alinochka is a wonderful decoration of this hotel! All the children were happy for her and ran after her tail from morning to night! The girl gave all the best for 100%!!! Games with children in the play area, dancing (mini disco), classes in the pool... So we were really lucky with the animator! How she still had the strength to entertain adults, I don’t know. But Alina is great!!! Thanks !!!!!
5 - WiFi. Of course, there were some nuances here ..... As TEZ TOUR promised us initially, the Internet should have been present on the territory of the hotel (except for rooms) at no extra charge. Since it was already included, allegedly, in the cost of the tour. So, dear operator, thanks again for the deception !!! On the territory of the hotel Internet - PAID. Payment is made from EACH device. So, how many phones, tablets or anything else you want to connect to the Internet, then you will pay so much. For every unit. It can be nothing special, and not only in this hotel such a practice. BUT!!! TEZ TOUR once again deceived! He took money for something he didn't provide!!!
6 - Bath, sauna, hammam. This is what we were also promised to provide in the TEZ TOUR package. Briefly and clearly - in this hotel there is none of this!!!! TEZ TOUR again promised on his own behalf .......
7 - Food. I don’t know how anyone, but we just had enough. Yes, it's not at home and quite different. Yes, 12 days fed up. But during these 12 days of stay, I did not see a single vacationer exhausted from hunger. No one got sick or died. There was enough food for everyone. The bar was fully operational! I was more amazed by those people who collected huge plates of everything and threw away most of them - they didn’t climb, but greedily rowed more and more ... It was, of course, funny to watch ... It’s funny and stupid to read reviews that people were hungry. And I want to note that all the staff, including management, ate the same food as the visitors. Although you rarely see when the leadership behaves quite simply, like everyone else. It was a pleasant surprise.
Shocked by the deception from TEZ TOUR. Since you can not promise people what is not and will not be, and even take money for it !!! But thank God that everything that the hotel staff was responsible for was as it should be. The staff is polite and responsible. Thank you very much Aura Resort 4 * for a pleasant vacation!!!
