The tour operator manipulates his tourists as he wants. Instead of purchased tours, they are taken to "their" hotels, they lie that the hotels where the tour was purchased are closed. I personally went to my originally purchased hotel and it was open and there were enough tourists there and all the certificates were available, moreover, they told me that my tour to them was rebooked to another hotel (without my participation !!!). The hotel where they brought me instead of mine was 100% full (this is in the conditions of the coronavirus), there are queues everywhere, the Internet is paid, the beach is crowded, there was not enough food for everyone. The plane on the way there was also 100% full!!! Impressions were mediocre from the rest and extremely negative from the tour operator Tez tour. The main goal of this office is profit maximization, they wanted to spit on everything else, including the norms of law, both national and international.
