Good afternoon!
I decided to relax with friends at the Grand Rotana Resort & Spa - Sharm El Sheikh. We have a big company. Many went through the tour operator TEZ TOUR. We have already traveled 4-5 times before through this tour operator to different hotels (including this one) and everything suited us (prices, service, etc.).
This time we also went through TEZ TOUR. We also decided to go on a day trip to Jerusalem, Israel. We invited other friends to this tour, who came to the same hotel, only through other operators. Yesterday, March 25, 2015 at 20:00 we had to take the bus from the hotel to Jerusalem. In our company, the girl paid for the tour, but threw the receipt into the trash can in the hotel lobby, since no one informed her that she would be needed at all. When we were about to board the bus, the TEZ TOUR hotel guide named El Said Afifi refused to take us, citing the lack of a receipt for payment. We thought that after payment, our data will automatically enter the database and upon presentation of a passport or other supporting document, we will go on this excursion. But the guide didn't just refuse us, but went personal. At first he said, they say you are going or not, he will not wait. We said that no one warned us that we had to show a receipt, so we threw it away. To which he publicly forced the girl to climb into the trash can in the hotel lobby in the presence of hotel guests and the hotel administration, which did not react to this.
I approached the guide and asked him to check on the base whether we paid or not, and not to humiliate the girl. A lonely girl, without a husband, with a child, came to rest, and not to be humiliated because of a shameless guide. The attitude of this guide was simply bestial. Further, the guide turned to the individual, having learned that we were from Ukraine. He said that if the Russians had arrived, he would have bowed to them, and we are nobody from Ukraine, there are a lot of you here, and said that they hate Ukraine in Egypt. He began to swear, judging by the statements, this is obscene speech in his language, seeing his expression and facial expression. He said that we should bow at his feet, that he agreed to wait until the girl emptied the trash can and found a receipt for payment. The receipt was found, but at what cost and humiliation, in front of the entire lobby to rummage through the trash can. What if the garbage had been taken out earlier? I promised to complain about him. According to the guide, you are nobody from Ukraine, you can complain even to Putin, even Merkel, to anyone, and that if there was no receipt, we would not have gone anywhere and no one would have returned the money to us.
I appeal to everyone who can influence the situation with this guide El Said Afifi, the Grand Rotana Resort & Spa - Sharm El Sheikh and the tour operator TEZ TOUR. How can you make a single woman scolding to climb into the trash can for a receipt. Further, what does the Ukrainians have to do with this guide, what did we personally do to him?! If he has an opinion, then let him keep it to himself, because he is at work. And so it turns out that he incites ethnic hatred. After all, now we will make bad reviews about the hotel. Next time, other people, knowing what kind of guides are there, will simply not go to this hotel. Such guides should be fired from work, as he divides people into higher and lower grades.
