Alone towards the unknown

I bought a ticket to a hotel in Belek (Turkey) and went alone. I was very worried. I paid for 2 excursions from the hotel guide - one - in Mira-Kekovo, the second - in ancient and modern Antalya. Both excursions were organized and conducted by Tez Tour. The first one went very well, the guides counted all the tourists on the bus, leaving. On the second tour, I was forgotten in the Antalya park, the guide did not count her tourists - only 17 people. (name is Oksana), the bus rushed to lunch ahead of time and I was left alone at the exit from the park alone with three camels and drivers. I was very scared, because I had no idea where I was, there were no taxis, no cars. Things were left on the bus, the guide Oksana did not even look at them! I was saved by chance or the Lord God - another Tez Tour bus with other tourists and guides happened to be nearby. I approached, burst into tears that I was alone, the bus left earlier than the appointed time, forgetting me (the heat was 40 degrees). I was taken to a restaurant where Oksana had a quiet lunch. When I asked why I left and didn’t see on the bus that one tourist (me) was missing, there was an unintelligible answer. Such carelessness can lead to bad consequences, and also harms the popularity and rating of Tez Tour. This very unpleasant mood from the excursion was smoothed out thanks to the good service at the hotel. But I can't forget! Request to Tez Tour - more carefully select the staff that serves tourists in buses on excursions! A tourist who first came to a foreign country must be sure that he will not be left halfway, not forgotten in the park, but will be taken to the hotel safe and sound!
