We rested with my husband in Barcelona, at the Auto Hogar hotel from 07/22/2016-08/02/2016.
We buy a tour in Teztour not for the first time, but apparently the last.
We paid for a comprehensive tour with a hotel, flight, transfer, etc., we wanted a relaxing holiday and that the company would provide us with the promised services for our money ... but alas, it did not happen.
After standing for 3.5 hours on arrival at passport control in stuffiness and crowds, it turned out that the transfer we paid for was not waiting for us. "Guide" Natalia on the phone told us to look for a taxi ourselves, to get there on our own, and she will return it to us, ATTENTION !!! half the money on the check for a taxi. Those. not only is the transfer that we paid for not waiting for us, but we also have to figure out how to get to the hotel and spend extra money on a taxi. The question is, WHY then do you need a teztour at all, since for my own money I will only buy problems, and not their solution.
The guide, if IT can be called that, after promising to return the money, during the entire stay in Barcelona, she never appeared at the hotel and did not try to contact us, she was frostbitten at our attempts to meet her and sent some aunt instead of herself. She was even too lazy to sell us excursions from Teztur.
Such a "cool" company that not only does it take money from tourists for services that it does not perform, it also turned out to be problematic for them to return 30 euros for a taxi due to the stupidity and unprofessionalism of their guide (who cannot organize a transfer) .
Instead of paying money for the services of the operator and having a rest, we were nervous all the rest, we were engaged in proceedings with a refund for a failed transfer, we were looking for answers to our questions on our own, since WE DID NOT HAVE A GUIDE! We don't have to run after the guide!!!
Despite my statements to the guide that I would complain about her, since she did absolutely nothing during our entire vacation and never even came to the hotel, did not organize a transfer for us and avoided meeting with us, she only sarcastically replied that Please write, of course. It feels like SUCH behavior of employees is the norm for Teztur, i.e. the services you are paying for are a deliberately designed SCAM.
Take care of yourself, your money and health! Relax with normal operators who do not allow such mediocrity and idiots to work in their company.
