The first pancake is not lumpy :)))

I want to share my impressions about the travel agency Tez Tour, because. Personally, the reviews on the Internet helped me a lot! :)

I went abroad for the first time, and accordingly, I also chose a travel agency for the first time. After reading a bunch of reviews on the Internet, I chose 2 - these are Tui and Tez Tour.

In a nutshell, I’ll say about Tui - I personally didn’t like communication with the manager at all !!! (travel agency in the Dream Town shopping center, Kyiv). I asked to find me options for my, let's say, not very impressive amount (approximately reckoned on 1500-1600 dollars for two). To which I heard the answer - "there is only one option for your money, here is the catalog - sit and read." On my attempts, but can we have more options, I heard "no". I don't think comments are needed here...

And now for the good :)

In the TEZ TOUR I was met by a smiling and very friendly manager Svetlana. I immediately asked where I want to go and how much I expect. The choice offered about 7 options in 2 regions of Turkey (Alanya and Kemer). She even advised me which ones to pay attention to. After my words "thank you, I need to think", the man's face did not read "how you are all dear to me!" :)))

In general, after thinking and reading the reviews, I decided and purchased the tour. I can say one thing, everything that the manager told and showed in the photo turned out to be true. The trip went well, without problems and hesitation.

So, thanks to the TEZ TOUR company for their attention to their customers, special thanks to the manager Svetlana (Dream Town shopping center, Kyiv), meeting and accompanying guides in Turkey. We really enjoyed!

And I hope further cooperation will be positive too!
