I will never go with TEZTUR again - it’s unreliable. There are excellent guides in Pattaya, but one copy can spoil the rest and the impression of the company - because he is kept at work. The hotel guide Dima from the Ambassador ruined us 2 days out of 12 with his inaction: we were just evicted from a normal room, which was stipulated in the voucher, and settled in a fetid kennel, where elevators rumbled all night behind the wall, and from the window there was a great view of the parking lot. The guide shrugged his shoulders: "The Thais are to blame, complain to the agency in which the tour ordered, but TEZ TOUR is a wholesale company, it does not work with individual clients." Then he promised compensation, but we did not see it. So it’s not the directorate that “rules” in the company, but such Dima. I won’t risk rest with TEZ TOUR anymore.
