If there is a TEZ Tour when choosing, then I always fly with this operator !!!

I regret only one thing - it's a pity that the first time I flew not with the TEZ Tour! ;)

I flew to Egypt several dozen times already, got into various "trouble": late, delays, inconsistencies in hotels, problems with accommodation, rooms, etc. Where there is a human factor - not without it :( but nevertheless, their employees and representatives (even reached the company's management), almost always helped out and came to the rescue, even repeatedly helped people who bought tours from other operators (5 times - 7 with different my friends this happened)

3 months ago, they even provided me with a transfer at the airport, since mine did not arrive, although I did not buy a ticket from them. I am sure that there are comments to them - people work there, not robots. but I have never met such global ones as in other companies.

Of the good things, I noticed free wi-fi internet on buses, beautiful videos about hotels and excursions, and not worn out old films (although I love Soviet cinema, but not on excursions to the luxor and the pyramids!), the staff speaks Russian well and does not "pretending to be a hose" like others in problematic moments, you can always see and distinguish them by the color of the uniform at the hotel and the airport, even in the city you notice them, they will always answer the question, they are friendly, the buses are good, you can always recognize them from the crowd of transport, they say that they didn’t have a single accident on excursions, and the news only shows that several times a month on long trips excursion buses of dubious companies turn over, guides even helped to bargain and translated from Arabic ...

from the negative, I clearly noticed that the agencies do not always have empty places for TEZ flights on the required dates, usually you need to book 2 weeks in advance - this upsets me when it is possible to go in a couple of days from contacting a travel agency, not on all days Weeks they also have flights, but in general, if you know about the vacation in advance, then you can choose the right departure date for yourself.
