It was not the first time we rested with Teztur, but most likely the last ...

Bought a travel voucher for a trip to Greece. Upon arrival at the Heraklion airport, a representative of the Teztur company said that due to the overcrowding of the Aquis Silva Beach 4 hotel, the rooms of which we paid for, we would be settled for 3 days in another one, one floor of the category lower and cheaper (the difference was not returned to us) - " Arina Sand 4" in the village of Kokkini Hani, 8 km from Heraklion airport.

When choosing a tour, the main criterion was the absence of children, a pool with fresh water, and most importantly, accommodation in the city of Hersonissos. Which we didn't get in this case. Hotel Arina Sand 4 is located in a village where there is no infrastructure. Due to its close location to the airport, the hotel is very noisy, because every 30 minutes - an hour Boeings are landing, flying very low over it. Swimming pool in the hotel one and only with sea water. The animation is more focused on the children's part of the vacationers, because of which we, the young couple, had to go to bed in the evenings (as it was written above, there is nowhere to even go in the village). The food is very monotonous.

We expressed these claims to the guide of the Teztour company, asked to compensate for moral damage at least with a free tour, to which we were told that “this situation did not happen for the first time and not for the last time”, our requests were not satisfied.

On 8.08 at 12.30, an hour late, a car came to take us to the Aquis Silva Beach Hotel.

Upon check-in, we were given room 208 with a view of the road, although when buying a tour, we paid extra for a sea view. Needless to say, instead of relaxing and visiting the excursion program, we had to pack things several times and spend a full day of rest on moving and settling.

On August 11, on the day of check-out, at 12.00, we had to vacate the room, and our use of the services of the hotel and the all-inclusive program ceased, we were forced to pay 15 € per person for lunch, which we were not warned about in advance.
