After all, the guide’s job is not only to sell excursions (which, as everyone knows, are much higher in price), but also to solve issues for a comfortable stay. We had a desire to order excursions from the operator, because We were with a small child and did not want to take risks. But after talking, such a desire disappeared. We had a problem with the number: through the guide, this issue was resolved for $ 80, we refused this service, because. the proposed rooms were the same as the first one (after the refusal, the phrase "How tired of you" sounded) after he found out that we would not order excursions, he stopped talking at all. By the way, the next day we decided the issue of a good room for $ 10 through the reception.
As a result, of course, the guide did not manage to spoil our vacation (but several people who were resting with us were very upset by the behavior of this person), friendly representatives of the company came to pick us up, helped with the luggage and brought us to the airport on time))
