Horror, we didn’t pick up what we wanted, the hotel didn’t help in any way, the tour was terrible

When we took a tour in TezTour (I strongly do not recommend it), we asked for a hotel with foreigners, we wanted to take a break from ours, for which we were selected a hotel with 100% Russian speakers. Fine.

In the hotel itself, when they did not have rooms and we were moved from hotel to hotel and there were a lot of nuances with the reception, the hotel representative did not even lift a finger, although we asked for help to figure it out.

Excursions. We took an excursion to Kekovo from TezTour (I repeat - I strongly DO NOT recommend it) and were furious. They paid a lot of money and for this we were taken to the shops, where they tried to sell us something and gave us some time for the sights themselves. We spent the day and did not have time for dinner at the hotel, we arrived at 10 pm, although the TezTour representative promised that we would return at 7.30-8 pm. Also, the guide himself actively promoted those stores to which he took us and actively imposed their products on us. Well, what nonsense, for my money, they also wanted to swindle me for more money! Of course we didn't buy anything. In Thailand, for example, we had 2 excursions from a tour operator, but they were free, I didn’t mind visiting a couple of shops along the way, with whom they collaborated, since the excursion itself was good and free. And then they wanted to divorce me for my own money.

In Tai, we also took a package tour, took it from a travel agent. Not only was it at a discount, they picked up an excellent tour for us, free excursions, in short, we were very pleased. And then they took it from the largest tour operator (which basically does not make discounts) and it turned out such crap!
