The work of representatives of the travel agency in Kyiv, the work of transfer guides (in both directions) is at a decent quality level. However, the work of hotel guides (except for the first meeting, when we had to hand over the price of services) is terrible. For all the time, we managed to see the hotel guide twice, and on the eve of departure, when we had to clarify a lot (including transfer to the airport), without looking up from the mobile, we were promised to leave a printout at the reception in the evening. At the indicated time (18:00) there was no information, they said to come after 19:30, but also to no avail. We independently went to the office in Antalya, where we were provided with information. In principle, if we wanted the help of a hotel guide during the rest, it would be impossible to find it, except perhaps through Antalya. Moreover, representatives of other tour operators were constantly available in person. Against the backdrop of a general positive impression of Teztour, everything was spoiled by the organization of the trip.
