In Turkey, it was not the first time and the last time we rested in Sapphire Tikirov, so we went to the information meeting only to give vouchers, gave it away and went to rest. We didn’t plan to go on excursions, so we didn’t hear about them, since everything is the same. We rested from 08/03/2014 to 08/10/2014. It came on 08/08/2014 and we approached the hotel guide (reptile) girl to clarify whether our charter to Odessa had changed, and then it all started. The first question from her side was, were you at the info meeting? I answered yes at the beginning when they gave vouchers. Well, then what questions, I repeated the question, we are interested in whether the departure time has changed? She shrugged and turned away. I asked her if we didn't sit through the end of the meeting, should we go home now? Answer as you wish. Is this normal???? The task of guides is to help or do nasty things to those who pay money to them, do not wake us tourists and guides will not be needed. But further events began to develop even steeper. We moved away, realized that the conversation did not wake up and sat down on the sofa in the hall. A couple of minutes later, a guide (a Turk) literally jumped up to me with a question from you, what are some problems? To be honest, I was taken aback, I did not know what to answer, his eyes burned like a bull on a red rag. I calmly explained to him that we have no problems, we just calmly asked the girl about the flight. He began to provoke me into a conflict. I calmly asked him, do you talk like that with all your clients? , I will definitely write and tell everyone I know and on the forums about the behavior of tour guides. What was I told, who are you here and who can you complain to here? Honestly, we didn't want it to come to blows, so we got up and left. So I have a question for the management of your company, is the task of guides to help or threaten their clients? I can tell you with confidence that neither I nor my friends will go with the Tez Tour company anymore. I am very sorry that I am so disappointed with your company. I was really scared at some stage by these excited, insane eyes of the guide. I was scared for the children who were dreams. Thank you so much for bringing us back home.
